Queen Cersei orders armies to be raised among the loyal lands of the Crownlands and Stormlands, to be gathered before the walls of King's Landing.
Mercenaries are also called upon to fill the ranks.
The Gold Cloaks are ordered to hold the gates the the city as if in siege.

An edict from Highgarden is sent to all lords and villages across the western and southern Reach. People are ordered to gather all their crops, food, supplies and valuables and bring them to the nearest castle so that they may not fall into the hands of the Ironborn raiders. People are also ordered to seek shelter at the castles until the Ironborn threat has been dealt with. Any expenses are promised to be covered by House Tyrell of Highgarden.

1. By order of the King, Mace Tyrell is named outlaw, stripped of his titles, and attainted.
2. Ser Loras Tyrell of the Kingsguard is ordered to arrest and present his father at the Red Keep for judgment.
3. Randyll Tarly is elevated to the rank of Hand of the King by order of Cersei Lannister, the Queen Regent.
4. Maergary Tyrell will present herself at the Red Keep and offer explanation of her father's behavior, and to show cause as to how the royal betrothal may be maintained.
