Ravens fly from King's Landing, bearing the seal of House Tyrell and the Hand of the King.
Queen Cersei Lannister, removed from her regency by the late Lord Regent Kevan Lannister and awaiting her trial by faith for accusations of, among other things, murdering the previous High Septon, stands accused of trying to kill the Hand of the King and legitimate Lord Regent, Mace Tyrell.
The Queen Mother are ordered to surrender and hand herself over to the Lord Regent's forces in King's Landing so she may be tried for her crimes.
The Lord Regent promises that no harm will come to the people of King's Landing, only those occupying the Red Keep stand accused of treachery.

Ravens flew to every keep north of the neck, from Winterfell's rookery. Words borne on dark wings, sealed with the fiery stag.
More ravens fly further south, to the keeps of the Riverlords and the Valesmen.

To each of the Riverlords, a personal letter is sent. In it, Edmure informs them of his valiant and brave escape, tells them that he has sworn himself to King Stannis, who in turn has promised to restore him as Lord of Riverrun and Lord Paramount of the Riverlands and also to punish House Frey and Lannister for their hideous crimes.
He also asks them to stay put in their castles and refuse the authority of Baelish and Frey until the armies of Stannis move south to liberate the Riverlands, which will be very soon.

Ravens fly to the various keeps of the Vale making it known throughout of the death of Robert Arryn, son of Jon Arryn and Lysa Tully, had died. A funeral and feast were to be arranged to mourn the death of the late Lord Arryn and celebrate his young life. Furthermore, it calls for the various houses, both high and low, both lord and lady, to come to the Gates of the Moon to attend these ceremonies and acknowledge the heir of Robert, Harrold Arryn, by oaths of homage. For, after the funeral, it is stated that Harrold would ascend to the title of Lord Paramount of the Vale, Lord of the Eyrie, and Warden of the East as Robert's successor.

The call comes out from Kingslanding spreading across the southern Kingdoms, and particularly in the war torn Riverlands. The Voice of the Seven calls upon smallfolk and broken men, and all who would serve the Seven to come to the Capital. So they might find lives of fulfillment and purpose as Poor Fellows in service to the Faith. Where they will find full bellies and lives of purpose, the Stars welcome both men and women into their ranks, and will take all with leal hearts. And, with the approval of Queen Margery, requests go to hedge knights and landed, hearts full of faith, to come to pledge their blades to the Noble and Puissant Order of the Warrior's Sons.

Despite the fulfilled promises of Lord Baelish, and the words of Lady Sansa Stark, granddaughter of Hoster Tully, a revolt suddenly erupts throughout the Riverlands. Edmure Tully's rally sank deep with many who felt terrible for not being able to defend him nor his house. As a result of his rally, a coalition of Riverlords, led by Lord Shawney and Harlton, rises up and raises a call of arms in favor of Lord Tully. Their support is wide spread across many minor lords. Banners were raised and knights called forth to rally in the name of Lord Tully. From these minor lords, three thousand and seven hundred men are raised and aim to gather at the Trident. The Riverlands had entered its third phase of the ongoing war. Ravens fly North to the court of Stannis Baratheon, letting them know of their open support for Edmure Tully and their desire to restore the Riverlands to his rightful control. {Rebellious Riverlords}House Vance of Atranta House Chambers of Turnbridge House Charlton of Mistlewood House Keath of Gravesham House Goodbrook of Goodbrook House Bigglestone of Maidstone House Shawney of Blackrush House Blantree of High Heart House Smallwood of Acorn Hall House Grey of Stoney Sept House Harlton of Castlewood House Terrick of Wycombe House Vypren of Stillfen {Composition - 3,700 men}1,480 Light Infantry 740 Archers 740 Men-at-Arms 370 Light Cavalry 370 Knights ========================= However, there were those who raised their banners to fight for Lord Baelish and at the call made by Sansa Stark. Led by Lord Blackwood, another army is raised and begins to gather at Harrenhal, numbering no more than three thousand men. A great number of the major houses, namely Piper, Mallister, Frey, and Bracken, refused the summons or simply remained quiet at their call. This division was a hot knife that sliced the land of rivers and hills into two armed camps, risking major internal consequences. {Composition - 3,000 men}1,200 Light Infantry 600 Archers 600 Men-at-Arms 300 Light Cavalry 300 Knights
