With the first official passage of time, I have made this official In-Game Year Update thread so that we can keep track of things easily without making a new thread for each year. For all information concerning the start date, 300 AC, it will be located here.

301 AC
In the three hundredth and first year since the Conquest, there is still no peace for the Seven Kingdoms.
In the North, Stannis Baratheon has smashed Roose Bolton at the Battle in the Ice, just beyond the walls of Winterfell. The North still needs to be secured, but its path to liberation, from the clutches of Bolton tyranny, seem highly possible!
South of the Neck, in the Riverlands, Baelish has come to claim his title of Lord Paramount and his hall of Harrenhal. The Riverlands are still not completely pacified for the Brotherhood Without Banners skulks beneath the shade of trees, hanging Freys left and right. In the Vale, banners are raised as the Valemen prepare a campaign against the Mountain Clans. However, a tragic event happens at the Gates of the Moon that will decide the course of the Vale to come as Lord Robert Arryn, Sweetrobin, passes away.
Further to the South, violence erupts within King's Landing as a botched attempt to arrest Lord Mace Tyrell fails and results in a split between the Tyrells and Lannisters. Cersei holds up in the Red Keep, but a vast host of Reachmen surround her and ready themselves for a bloody confrontation. In the Reach, the Ironborn raid and pillage, Garlan Tyrell does his best to track the threat and keep the peace within his father's lands. Aegon the Pretender, in the Stormlands, goes about securing support with the usage of Stormlander troops and Golden Company mercenaries. While Dorne... waits.
The lands become colder as Winter continues to encroach upon the land.

302 AC
In the three hundredth and second year since the Conquest, war is still the language of the Seven Kingdoms.
With the North securely behind him, Stannis Baratheon marched south, gaining the loyalty of the Vale and the service of its knights. The Vale's banners are raised under the newly raised Harrold Arryn, Lord Paramount of the Vale. His conversion to the Red God has resulted a number of other nobles and knights converting as a show of strong faith to their King.
In the south, Aegon Targaryen defeated Lord Mace Tyrell and took control of the capital in a near bloodless coup. With Dorne and much of the Reach behind him, he marshals his men to face the last of the remaining Five Kings.
In the Westerlands, the nobility took matters into their own hands and proclaimed Martyn Lannister, third son of Kevan Lannister, Lord of Casterly Rock. His allegiance is declared for Stannis Baratheon as a result, for the King recognizes the claim of Martyn. A means to gain the banners of the West.
In the Riverlands, Lord Edmure Tully is restored as Lord of Riverrun and Lord Paramount of the Riverlands. Stannis Baratheon orders the taking of the Twins and the punishment of the Freys for the actions that became known as the Red Wedding. The Riverlands, namely to the South, would experience new battles that would decide the fate of the Seven Kingdoms. For to the south of Harrenhal, three battles occurred at Sow's Horn, resulting in three victories of Stannis Baratheon, Harrold Arryn, Jon Snow, and their armies. Aegon has fallen into a coma as a result, Harry Strickland is dead, Lord Tarly has been pushed back to Duskendale, and the Dorne were forced to retreat to the capital.
In the southern parts of Westeros, the Stormlands are once more divided between the loyalists of Stannis and the newly formed loyalist party around Tommen Baratheon, whose reign is overseen by the self-proclaimed Lord Protector, Aurane Waters. The Reach's armies, under the command of Garlan Tyrell, have smashed the Ironborn and ensured the death of Euron Greyjoy. His death caused a Kingsmoot to occur, which saw his niece, Asha Greyjoy, become his successor.
Across the Narrow Sea, the dragons stir...

303 AC
Dark wings, dark words.
The first year of King Stannis’ reign is marked by an end to the War of the Five Kings as all kingdoms now know peace, with Dorne and the Stormlands having bent the knee to the One True King. As the snows come south and the long arm of winter reaches down towards the Red Mountains, the dead begin their march on the Wall in earnest. They will usher in the night that lasts for a thousand years if the realms of men do not stand true. In the east, Daenerys Targaryen carves an Empire out of Slaver’s Bay to rival Valyria of yore, the Dragon Queen growing in power as the surrounding cities bend their knees to their conqueror and liberator. The Cold Winds are rising, and all men must stand against the darkness and trust in the valour of the Shield that Guards the Realms of Men.
