The Osgrey Lands

Lord Eustace Osgrey holds the castles of Coldmoat and Standfast, with rights over the Chequy Water, Leafy Lake, and to cut trees and hunt game in Wat's Wood. 
Lord Osgrey keeps his household at Coldmoat, the larger of the two castles. His brother and sister also dwell there. Until recently, their uncle Ser Osfryd Osgrey kept a household at Standfast. His untimely passing from a fever ensured the castle reverted to his nephew, Lord Eustace. 
Eustace planned to grant Standfast as an appanage to his twin brother, Ser Addam, until the latter announced his intention to seek the white cloak of the Kingsguard. 
Lord Osgrey took Lord Rowan's second daughter Melessa to wife in the first year of King Aegon's reign, and she now resides with her husband at Coldmoat.
She recently brought a son into the world, also named Eustace, though her husband was captured in battle by Stannis Baratheon a few weeks before his birth. Both mother and son, potentially the new Lord Osgrey, reside at Coldmoat.
Lord Eustace was sent to the Wall at the culmination of the War of the Five Kings, whilst his younger twin Addam returned to Coldmoat after surviving the Siege of King’s Landing, unable to prevent the fall of the city to Stannis.
