Hosteen recycled the same tactic that seemed to work. "What does Lord Desmond think about the Brotherhood without banners?" The knight's eyebrow goes up slightly. What's to like about bandits, Ser? Lord Blanetree seems them as dangerous though. They certainly are cunning if they can remain hidden all this time.The knight looks at Black Walder. Everyone knows that not even Lord Tywin could find them.

"What forces might you ammeble." Hosteen asked. "we are searching to find out the the Brotherhood, a host of brigands. Call your banners, so that they may join us in this endeavor."

The Blanetrees agree to this, more reluctantly than Paege, and order their levies to be raised. However, their contribution was much smaller as a little over a hundred men are able to be raised.
110 men 44 light infantry 22 archers 22 heavy infantry 11 light cavalry 11 heavy cavalry
=====================
Just like with the Blackwoods, the Vances learn of this and are simply outraged by the Freys actions. Lord Karyl Vance commands his levies to be raised immediately, raising a force of one thousand men from his personal lands and that of his vassal, Smallwood.
1,000 men 400 light infantry 200 archers 200 heavy infantry 100 light cavalry 100 heavy cavalry
Lord Vance orders his men to advance upon Blanetree, hoping to either punish his vassal or catch the Freys.
