Walder Frey commands his levies to be raised, along with sellswords, and all Riverlander lords loyal to the Crown to join his host. Word is likewise sent to Riverrun to leave a garrison and reform at the Twins. Hosteen Frey had just returned from the North to bring tidings of the lost battle, and once again the main hall of the southern turret was filled with Freys, filled to bursting.
Forces 1,385 of the Levy 1,200 Sellswords
Paege 400 men
Blanetree 110 men
Black Walder
Resilience - 4 Charisma - 4 Intelligence - 3 Authority - 3
Hosteen Frey
Resilience - 4
Charisma - 3
Intelligence - 1
Authority - 4
--------------
The levies gathered, what paltry few there were left. Half the force would be bought and paid for - a far cry from the thousands that had wasted their lives fighting for the Dead Wolf as he was affectionately known about the Twins. It was decided Black Walder would lead them, but Hosteen, newly returned from the north, would not be left behind.
" 'E's got in in E's veins now." Said a crossbowman with wooden teeth. "Nothin' thaws it but the heat of battle."
Hosteen was more quiet than he had been prior to his journey north, but he had lost none of his fight. If anything he seemed more ready to pick a fight than ever. In his cups he vowed he wound be avenged upon the Brotherhood withou banners. "They have led us a merry chase for too long, it is time we are rid of them!"
Within a few days, Black Walder was leading them forth to find the outlaws.

Once on the road, Black Walder felt more at ease. He had spent much of the last several years in the field. His saddle sores had grown saddle sores, then his flesh simple seemed to accept its fate and took on the characteristics of leather. Edwyn had been missing for weeks at this point, never returned from Harrenhall. It was obvious that either Baelish or the Brotherhood was guilty, but it put Black Walder one step closer to Lordship. Now only his young niece stood in his way...for now. After Dondarrion's head was mounted on a spike in Riverrun, House Frey would see that it needed the leadership of a proven battle commander, not a maiden. "Squadrons of ten will depart." He commanded. "Ten men will go south, to Lambswold, ten men will go to the south-east to the Blackwood Vale, and ten to the south-west, to the Green Fork. Fan out, wear no badges, search for signs. Report back immediately with any information. The host will make for Fairmarket." Black Walder put his spurs into the flank of his horse once the orders were given. Riders scattered in every southerly direction at once. When the host arrives at Fairmarket, Walder seeks out the local lord, or whoever was in command.
ooc: scouting rolls please, the Frey host goes to Fairmarket.

House Paege were a knightly family that ruled Fairmarket and the surrounding names in the name of both their overlord, Lord Blackwood, and the newly raised Lord Paramount, Baelish. In fact, the modest tower that dominated the town, that served as their home, was once the personal dwelling of King Halleck Hoare and, for a time, his son, Harren Hoare, both Iron Kings and rulers of the Riverlands before the coming of Aegon and his dragons. Halmon Paege was the Knight of Fairmarket and leader of his household.
When the Frey Host approached, Halmon took his time with this. No one liked the Freys in the Riverlands. They were traitors of Robb Stark, traitors of the Tullys, and, overall, not liked by their fellow Riverlords. Eventually, though, Ser Halmon came out of his tower and headed to the edge of town to meet with Black Walder. Escorted by his knights, Ser Paege looks at the Frey.
And what do we owe the visit of the Freys? Don't you have enough lands now with both the Crossing and Riverrun, along with her modest fief, under your control?
He spoke with disdain.

Black Walder rolled his eyes. He was used to this. "Ser Paege, I am Lord Walder Frey" he identified himself."To what visit do you owe me? He dismounted and advanced upon the man, sword drawn (IF HE DID NOT REPLY AS SUBSERVIENT). "I swear I will cut your fucking useless neck and laugh as you bleed out. Your pathetic piece of shit, or you will marry one of my kin and stop this idiotic drama. You will swear loyalty to House Frey and a wife. If you choose not to, I will fucking send you back to the Twins in chains and if it was my choice, you would be drown in the Trident."

The knights surrounding Ser Paege reacted by drawing their swords. Halmon wasn't exactly liking this though.
Our liege lords are the Blackwoods, Lord Frey! They bent their knees to His Grace, Tommen Baratheon, and we have sworn allegiance to House Baelish!
The Riverman knight gulps visibly.
If I swear allegiance to you, I could lose my lands! I could lose everything!!
His hands were raised and visible. However, his knights had not backed down.
My son, and heir, is even a hostage of the Iron Throne! He is a squire of Ser Jaime Lannister too! What hope is there for him if I were to betray them?
Paege was stuck between a rock and a wall with this situation. And he didn't like it one bit.

Hosteen was unamused. Walder was usually drunk with something - rage, wine, lust. He dismounted and put himself between the two men. "Enough of this, Walder!" He interjected.
Walder took a step back. "THey're all laughing at us, don't you know that? A little fear is what they need and respect, and loyalty! House Frey is the true power in the RIverlands not Baelish!" He brandished his sword one last time for effect.
"Stop pissing yourself lad, Black Walder won't hurt you for now." He said gruffly. "We're here to finally destroy the Brotherhood without Banners, seen any o' them out these ways?"

Ser Paege looked between the various Freys before shaking his head several times.
I have not! I have not! There are all kinds of bandits and thieves in the Riverlands now.
Halmon states, looking at the one who brandished his sword.
Last week, we ran into some Northmen remnants of the Young Wolf's army. The week before, some desperate men from the Trident area.
The Riverland knight clearly didn't seem to know anything about this Brotherhood.
I swear it! If I had known about the Brotherhood, in these parts, Lord Blackwood would have certainly reported it to Lord Baelish.

"I see." Hosteen replied, having no reason or perhaps no wit to question the lad further. "How many men garrison Fairmarket."

Ser Paege begins to relax for a moment, before glancing at his men.
We have a hundred man garrison for Fairmarket. We, potentially, can call upon... several hundred more or less.
Halmon says, not entirely sure of their numbers.
Many have died from the wars, from illness, starving and more. I cannot say for certain how many levies I could call upon.

Black Walder has recovered from whatever stupor had afflicted him it seems, because he once again roared into the scene. "Call them, do it now!"
Hosteen smiled but did not intervene this time.

Halmon had no choice in the matter, given that the Frey swords were close. It would take a few days to be able to get everything going, but, eventually, four hundred men, levied by House Paege, are called up to 'assist' the Frey host gathered near Fairmarket. They were commanded by a retainer of Ser Paege.
400 men - 160 light infantry - 80 archers - 80 heavy infantry - 40 light cavalry - 40 heavy cavalry

A raven from the Twins arrives, and half the Frey force, along with half the Fairmarket levies, depart with them to the Twins. ---------------
Achieving what they could in Fairmarket, the host continues south.
"Hold your fucking tongue next time." Hosteen said as they traveled "What do you think we would have gained from killing that little shit." Even Hosteen knew better. Black Walder was too impulsive.
"You're not in command here, you should have stayed in the North and froze your balls off." Black Walder said with a laugh. "How many of our men did you waste on your little Bolton mission?"
Hosteen's temper flared. "The others take you." he cursed "Don't talk about something you don't know about." The battle in the ice still haunted him.
"Shut your fuckin' gob." Black Walder replied.
-------
Frey Host to Lord Harroway's Town. When they arrive, they demand to see who is in charge.

A raven flies to alert his liege lord, Lord Paramount Baelish, of what has transpired. ============================ The father of Ser Tytos Frey's wife, Lord Desmond Blanetree, sends forth a retainer to speak with the arriving Freys. Lord Desmond was an old man after all and had trouble sitting on a horse as a result. His representative, a knight, came forth, riding under the banner of his liege and escorted by a group of knights. Lord Desmond welcomes the relatives of his daughter's late husband. Hosteen spurred forward. "The brotherhood without banners, and related brigands." He said. "Have you heard tale of them?"
Black Walder would also not be undone. "Speak quickly and plainly!" he demanded.

The knight notices the rather abrupt words of Lord Blanetree's relatives. Still, the knight states what he knew.
We have heard of them, but know not anything. Brigands are across the Riverlands, striking here and there.
He turns and gestures to where Lord Desmond was situated upon the walls.
Many dare not come close to High Heart, but we have not heard of any that are aligned nor work within the ranks of the Brotherhood.
