So with momentum sort of grounding down due to various factors, a timeskip has been suggested as a way forwards.
I believe that the best way to go about this is with consensus, so if everyone lays out a broad idea of their character's goals, plans, and where they saw the narrative going we can try and reconcile that with where we all end up and move from there. Obviously the idea won't be to achieve every character's perfect world but to create a setting around five to ten years down the line that has some natural points of conflict - to 295 at the latest perhaps?
General Event Ideas: - Greyjoy being up to no good. Can’t see Balon rebelling this time due to the Targaryens having won but can definitely see them launching raids and maybe attacking the eastern cities, using the Stepstones as a base.
- Dothraki wrecking shit in Essos under their Great Khal. Obviously this dude eventually dies.
- A Blackfyre pretender rising in the east or something akin to that, albeit with a bit more finesse and secrecy than the usual Blackfyre revolts.
- Wildlings massing behind Mance as is canon, but I’m open to different events affecting the North.
- Peasant troubles in the Reach and Riverlands due to religious upheaval. Perhaps some outlaw bands or peasant revolts/conflicts could explode into a Bracken/Blackwood feud or something.
- Red Faith slowly grows in the towns and cities. I’m toying with the idea of Prince Aegon converting.

Stannis: -I bet Stannis will follow the current trend. In CK terms, he would increase authority and change vassals' contracts. He would also patronize the foundation of a new city with the refugees. Probably have another child with Lysa, considering both are willing and going well. All things considered it is a hard sell he becomes Rhollorite.
Harry Templeton: -Hotspur would have married Lady Waynwood, probably making a babe or two, on the meanwhile. The blasphemy would have been washed up with donations or brushed with his power and coin. His alliance with Waynwood is furthened and both are aligned in goals. Trouble ahead.
Oberyn: -I don't think Oberyn would have changed much. Loyalty to family and all. Maybe just being more overtly rebellious and angry. A number of female bastards yo round up the Sand Snakes.
An issue I probably have with my characters is that they're deadlocked and cannot do much right now. Probably only Templeton can have an ambition or goal. The rest have little to do.
We would maybe wave around a Blackfyre at this point. FAegon could have his true colors.

Denys: - Aim to fix up the Vale with roads, new forts and a handful of castles as a means to strengthen Arryn authority. Will try for one more kid before him and his wife enter their later ages. Osric will be educated by the High Steward, Harrold at the royal court, and... perhaps his daughter by his wife and perhaps the sister of Harry Templeton. I feel he could die before Osric comes of full age though. Just a thought.
Whents: - Become stronger Targaryen loyalists, build some new castles around God's Eye to secure the area. I would like for Lyonel Whent to marry within the Riverlands while Damon Whent could find a wife through royal connections given his time with the King. I feel Walter could died probably... before the 270s hit.
Vikary: - Aim to get lands and advantageous marriages. Despite being of the Red Faith, Harwyn will still seek to build a fortune for his sons to inherit.
Peake: - John, the ambitious brother, will seek to claim a good marriage for his sister and have a couple more kids with his wife, Lady Hightower. His ultimate aim is to rebuild the fortunes of his ancestors and reclaim the old castles of his house. Theodore probably becomes a Kingsguard? I will leave that decision to Jokern.
Estermont: - Of little consequence what they do really. They are Stannis loyalists considering their familial ties.
Karstark: - Good marriages, build the wealth, keep the name good and loyal to the Starks.

Hoster Tully - Main goal would be internally on Riverland affairs - rebuilding after the war, reasserting the law and hunting down bandits. A few new castles and tolls would be built along the main roads of the region - The appearance of the Red Faith would be persecuted with prejudice in the lands controlled by House Tully - the Faith of the Seven would find itself strengthened and asserting more power at Riverrun - Hoster would also focusing on reasserting his personal authority over the riverlords that sided with the Targaryens - he would betrothe his son Edmure to a daughter of House Darry (depending on how far we timeskip, if after 292 AC there'd be a wedding as opening event or they're already wed) - Edmure would have spent his teenage years as a hostage at the Targaryen court, as agreed upon - Hoster would not have remarried Brynden Tully - Brynden would still be serving as Knight of the Bloody Gate, not much change from his original story Randyll Tarly - Tarly would be an advocate for the Reach isolating itself from intra-regional politics and focusing on its internal problems, especially not involving itself in the politics of the Iron Throne - He would use his position as lord marshal to act more autonomously from Highgarden - building forts and patrolling the marches and the north-eastern border, hunting red priests and their followers, asserting his own authority over his fellow lords to follow his command - for his goal of strengthening the Reach - He'd probably have had a few more kids on the way Lucerys Velaryon - Would not make that much noise aside from making sure his family keeps some form of influence at court - One of his projects would be to have his son Monford wed to Rhaegar's daughter Rhaenys - would have to work out with Gandalf if he's successful or not - May or may not die during the timeskip, depends on how far we jump Barristan Selmy - Not much happening except his duties as lord commander - Magnate Lucius Theodore Peake would be offered a position in the kingsguard

Richard Lonmouth
-Continues to serve and be horny for Rhaegar. Continues not to forget about those who rose up with Robert -Starts to meddle in the affairs of the Stormlands, wants to marry a Connington lass and defend their claim to the land against Stannis. He allies and gets together with the Lords that were loyal during Robert's rebellion. Probably tension between him and that bald fucker, Stannis, grows. -Eventually sire an heir or two, not more than that

Targaryens: - Lyanna gallivants around Westeros and Essos avoiding courtly duties. Maybe has another child with the King. Prince Aemon is raised by her at a newly built summer house on the banks of the God’s Eye, because she hates the capital. The King likely spends a lot of time here also. - Rhaegar aims to win recognition for his double marriage and get crowned. If not, he’s happy to name a High Septon in King’s Landing who will do this for him, or use whatever legal wrangling is required. - Chief policy aim for Rhaegar is to strengthen the crown at the expense of the nobles. This likely involves restricting inter-Great House marriages, strengthening vassal houses at the expense of the liege, and binding great houses to the Crown. I could see the King establishing a court of appeal similar to the Star Chamber to nip any feuds or noble born criminals in the bud, and allows lords to appeal over the head of their liege. - Rhaegar also wants to prepare his kids for their apparent prophetic destiny. He has been sending out men to hunt in the east for a Dragon’s Egg and the lost Sword of Kings. He also cleared Summerhall of ruins and buried the dead there (could decide what we find, if anything except some destroyed remains) - King’s Landing is rebuilt in stone where possible. Baelor’s Sept rebuilt and reconsecrated. Foreign Quarter constructed near the newly constructed Port on the river, near the Mud Gate. Dragonpit cleared away, leaving Visenya’s Hill bare. - Red Faith tolerated. Melisandre arrives at Dragonstone and becomes convinced that someone in the royal family is Azor Ahai, probably Prince Aegon, who gets invested as Prince of Dragonstone and establishes his own court there. - Viserys squires for Richard Lonmouth Pinkerton because the little shit is going around telling everyone his father named him the heir. Rhaegar needs someone loyal to look after his brother. Daemon could squire for whoever. - Edmure squires for the King Royal Joker - Not worked out any marriages yet for the royal children. I consider it unlikely that he’d push for sibling marriage given how shitty his own parents’ marriages worked out, but he’d still want marriages of very noble or Valyrian blood. - Finally, I don’t think Rhaegar’s wound should be healed. If anything it probably has gotten worse due to an infection; this puts whatever prophecy plans he has on a timer and lets any intrigues for the succession emerge while he’s in a weakened state. Tyrells: - Basically the same as canon. Renly squires with Loras, they become bedroom buddies. Marge is kept open for a potential marriage to Aegon, which Olenna really wants. - Mace the Ace gets fat and stuff. I don’t mind having the canon rivalry beginning with Willas getting crippled trot oznerol

Rowan -Rowan forces probably spend two to three years fighting against refugees turned bandits, a Rowan pretender, and religious extremists. -Sabitha remarries, has more children. Refugees/zealots may kill her second husband, causing a second wave of violent reprisals by Rowan troops. -She tries to find suitable matches for her sisters
