Manpower Pool
Based off of information from 2005, the following manpowers are available for each of the Seven Kingdoms and the Crownlands:
The North: 45,000
Iron Islands: 20,000
Riverlands: 45,000
Vale: 45,000
Westerland: 50,000
Crownlands: 15,000
Stormlands: 30,000
Reach: 80,000
Dorne: 40,000
At the time of the 300 AC, however, these manpowers will be slightly adjusted (save for the Vale, Iron Islands, and Dorne which have not participated yet) in order to accurately display the armies levied, during the War of the Five Kings, and the devastation to some regions as a result of instability and fighting. They will be adjusted to:
The North: 25,000
Iron Islands: 1,000
Riverlands: 20,000
Vale: 45,000
Westerland: 25,000
Crownlands: 5,000
Stormlands: 20,000
Reach: 20,000

Adjustments to Levies
Slowly making changes to the vassalage thread as things settle down, power shifts and what not.
The biggest change, thus far, is the making of a new 'major fief,' under House Seaworth, concerning the area and lordships around Rainwood. Stormland levies have been adjusted accordingly.
Edit: Stokeworth was not present in the Vassalage thread (thank you, Oznerol) and that has been added in! Levies were adjusted accordingly.

Battle Rules are being updated with a larger focus on the rout roll being where casualties are lost compared to calculating and roll losses during each of the stages. Armies still need to win 2 out of 3 phases.
