The Lord Justicar, Royce Caron, comes to see the newly made Lord Commander of the Goldcloaks. He arrives with his sons, Jasper and Raymont, as well as a swornsword, Ser Garon Storm. Upon his arrival, Lord Caron sighs at the state of the streets and that of the City Watch's headquarters. The scars of the riots still were very visible. Royce wondered if the peasants had gotten their violence out of their blood though.
