A letter arrives at Storm's End, claiming that Lord Selwyn Tarth has surrendered towards the forces of the Golden Company. The Lord himself wishes to negotiate with the one, who contracted the Golden Company, promising gold in return for his people's safety, wheras he warns the foreign invaders that the King's justice might face them eventually. He offers himself up as a negotiator to minimize the damage done to his island.
It's obvious that Lord Tarth wrote this letter, being not aware of the sellsword contractor's true nature.

A letter via Raven is dispatched from the Rookery of Storm's End, bearing the sigil of House Targaryen--the three-headed Dragon.
"From King Aegon VI Targaryen,
The True King of Westeros has no need for a ransom from Lord Tarth. The Golden Company are loyal to the Crown. The Crown asks that Lord Tarth swear fealty to King Aegon VI and pledge his forces to his cause. Already as word of the return of the True King of Westeros has spread to his lands, many lords have raised their banners in support of our cause. We ask that you do the same.
King Aegon VI Targaryen, King of the Andals, the Rohynar, and the First Men, Lord of the Seven Kingdoms, and Protector of the Realm

A raven wings its way into the Storm's end rookery from the Southwest. The missive attached to its leg is brief, sealed with a circle of green wax, upon which a smaller red daub has been dropped, before the form of a striding huntsman was struck down. The missive is short, and other than the seal, is unsigned.
We remember our oaths

A rider arrives from Summerhall, where the Dornish host is encamped. It is unsigned and unsealed, merely detailing that the Martells are free to move against their enemies without restriction. The time has come for the Dragon to march.

A detachment of riders once more arrives from Sunspear. A conroy of mounted knights and ladies approaches the encampment of King Aegon, the Sun and Spear of House Martell held aloft, emblazoned on Volantene silk. The knights rode at the front, clad in polished lamellar that looked more silver than steel, glimmering like pearls in the fading winter sun. Ser Daemon Sand rode at the tip of the wedge, accompanied . They carried a massive litter, fit for a king or opulent Prince of the far east, gilded and embroidered with ornate patterns. Within was Arianne herself, the dark haired Princess of Dorne, clad in flowing silks of sapphire blue and enough gold and jewels to ransom King Tommen back from his captors five times over. At her side were Elia and Obella Sand, Gwyneth Yronwood, and at least five other ladies in waiting that had been sent with her to witness what could only be the marriage of Doran's daughter to Aegon Targaryen.

She hardly needed to advance much further as Aegon Targaryen, upon his horse, stood before the gates of Storm's End. He was surrounded by a detachment of bright armored mercenaries of the Golden Company. Ser Jon Connington, his Hand, Harry Strickland, the Captain-General, Varys, the Spymaster, and others were present and at his side. The banners of the Golden Company and House Targaryen waved proudly within the breeze that came from Shipbreaker Bay. Calmly, Aegon kicked the sides of his horse, lightly, and advanced towards Arianne. Harry and Jon followed at his flanks with a standardbearer too. They advanced to a middle ground where Aegon dismounted and bowed to Arianne Martell from a distance, awaiting for her to join him.
Today, he felt it. Today, House Targaryen and House Martell would unite just as Daeron and Myriah as well as Rhaegar and Elia. Together, Targaryen and Dorne would see the return of the dragon to the Iron Throne.

Arianne stepped from the palanquin, her bare feet resting on the damp grass. She was Nymeria come again, as breathtaking as the sunset over the Red Mountains. Her handmaidens joined her, holding up the tail of her ornate dress as she sauntered over to her husband to be. The Princess' face was like a mask, beautiful yet imperious, unmoving and undaunted. With a gentle flick of the risk she extended a hand covered in gemstone rings.
"Your Grace. It is my honour to meet you here. My father gives me to you in marriage, to join our houses."
Arianne began, formally, totally unlike the more candid display that the King and the Golden Company had witnessed a few months before. This was formulaic, a delicately practised ritual that would bind Dorne to this dragon for good or ill.

Aegon, suited in his armor, reached forward to take her hand into his. It was delicate and warm, soft and gentle.
My Queen.
He says formally, leaning forward to kiss her hand lightly.
Give my greatest of gratitude, my everlasting thanks, and good wishes to Prince Martell. His support is beyond generous and shall be remembered, for generations, when I ascend to the Iron Throne as Aegon, the Sixth of His Name, of the House Targaryen. Let my father and mother smile upon our union and hope that the wrongs done to our families are righted by our hands.
He turns, motioning to squire who brought a more elegant steed forth than the one previously utilized. This black coated stallion had the trot of dignity and the posture of a king. He had been chosen carefully to be the horse upon which the bride and groom would ride into Storm's End to be wedded within its Sept, before the Seven.
Calmly, Aegon helps Arianne onto the horse and gets up after her. Before those present, he shouts to all.
Together, we shall be victorious! Together, we shall rise again from the ashes and bring order to the Seven Kingdoms!
From his detachment, the Golden Company raised their spears into the air and their swords were drawn to hit against their shields, giving their roar of approval.

The would be Queen bowed her head in deference, and then nimbly mounting the steed brought out for her by the Dragon King. He was fair faced enough, she supposed, handsome in a boyish way. The King was almost a man. Almost. They trot into the castle, the Queen's sizeable entourage following suit, ladies in waiting rushing to attend on their Princess in this momentous occasion.

Many ravens fly to Storm's End, pledging loyalty to House Baratheon of Storm's End. Besides Lord Swann, Lord Connington pledges his allegiance to the Defender of the Stormlands, as well as a number of minor lords. Silence is known to come from House Tarth and Estermont as well as a small number of other nobles. However, several, unknown to Aurane Waters presently, continue to pledge allegiance to Stannis Baratheon, namely House Errol. Despite the absent nobility, Tommen still has over half of the Stormlands at his command. Stannis House Errol of Haystack Hall House Wagstaff of Adderdell House Whitehead of Weeping Town House Tudbury of Tudbury Hall House Manning of Manning Hall House Fell of Felwood House Seaworth of Rainwood House Kellington of Blue Grove
Silence House Tarth of Evenfall Hall House Estermont of Estermont House Morrigen of Crow's Nest House Buckler of Bronzegate House Hasty of Hadlow Keep House Grandison of Grandview
