Recruitment cost: 6000 talents
Buildings:
Buildings may add one trait point to a single character with the exception of Command. This stacks up to three times. Buildings can be upgraded by paying the difference between the tiers.
Tier I: 10,000
Tier II: 20,000
Tier III: 30,000
Tier IV: 50,000
A building takes one week to construct, at the end of which a thread should be posted in the appropriate location establishing the structure as a place to meet. If it is a piece of provincial infrastructure then its presence can be noted in the pro-consulate thread.
(if appropriate, a statue might simply be added to an already existing forum, for example, in which case its presence will be noted)
A tier V building (essentially a great project, eg; the Pantheon) can be begun by opening a thread in the city of Rome forum, after which moderators will communicate the cost in resources and time. RP is to be expected to build something worthy of such grandeur. Rewards will also be calculated by the moderators.
