- The neediest of the Roman citizens shall also be given the free lands that were occupied by the invaders, as Coloniae.
- All Roman senators are required to take an oath to observe and respect the law. The oath needs to be taken at the latest 5 days after going into effect.
- Failing to take the oath shall result in a hefty fine and an expulsion from the senate
- Gaius Fabius Maximus Atellus hereby assumes command of all military troops in Sicilia and shall destroy the rebel slaves as quickly as possible.
- Gaius Fabius Maximus Atellus will also serve as Pro-Praetor of Sicilia the following year (101 BCE) to ensure the province recovers from the conflict.
- Gaius Servilius is hereby relieved of his Imperium over Sicilia. Gaius Fabius Maximus Atellus is charged with ensuring Servilius returns to Rome to be charged for embezzlement and corruption.

- The incitement of Roman citizens for seditious goals, namely the usurpation of the authority of the Senate and People of Rome in any manner, shall now be considered a capital crime punishable by banishment, revocation of citizenship, and forfeiture of property.
- Any man that organizes public games without holding public office, or the consent of the Senate and People of Rome, will be punished by censure from the Senate, a fine of 100,000 denarii, and banishment from the city.
- Any man found bribing fellow citizens for his own advancement at the expense of the Republic shall have any magistracy he occupies stripped from him, his senatorial seat revoked, and be fined 100,000 denarii. He also shall not be permitted to stand for office for the rest of his life.
- Trials against those who break these laws will be overseen by the Praetors and contain a jury exclusively made up of citizens of senatorial rank, selected by the consuls.

- For a period of three years, the province of Sicilia will be granted a tax exemption in order to rebuild its economy from the recent rebellion.
- A committee, in Syracuse, composed of Romans, Greeks, and Punics will work in tandem with the governor to ensure a proper path of recovery for the province.

- A new legion, Legio XVII, will be raised to join the Fifth in redeployment to the Asian theatre to bolster the forces of Proconsul Crassus

- Lucius Cornelius Sulla Felix shall be empowered with Imperium Maius over the provinces of Asia and Cilicia , and all military forces therein. All provincial governors shall be required to co-operate under his command.
- Lucius Cornelius Sulla Felix shall be given the authority to make war and peace on behalf of the Senate and People of Rome in these eastern provinces.
- This grant of Imperium Maius will continue until the the cession of hostilities in Asia and a general peace is established with Mithridates, upon which it shall expire.
- The grant shall automatically expire after three years.
Lex Fabia Opera Publica
- 20,000 denarii of the 120,000 will be donated to the various temples of Rome.
- 10,000 will be utilized for a statue featuring the famous Roman hero and general, Quintus Fabius Maximus Verrucosus, who fought against Hannibal during the Second Punic War. This shall be built outside a new temple dedicated to Mars in the Forum (see below).
- 10,000 for a new temple to Mars in the Roman forum to honor the soldiers and their commanders who have fought before and presently for the Republic as well as those to defend the nation in the future to come.
- 10,000 will be used to improve and expand upon the water systems for the Roman public.
- The remainder will be saved in the treasury to help with stabilizing its current state and ensuring the Senate has the means to fund future projects and the ongoing conflicts.

This petition will have to be satisfied by immediate retirement to an existing colony (the available colonies currently are in Greece, Cisalpine Gaul, Illyricum, Transalpine Gaul, Africa, Crete, or Cappadoca) or promise of future settlement on a plot of land organised by the commander.

- Any Senator who is convicted of a crime or has their imperium is revoked while serving as a magistrate will be expelled from the Senate.
