Moving between each numbered province takes 6 hours. If a province is hostile, you must secure it or circumvent the danger to move through it. You can march an army a maximum of 5 friendly/neutral provinces per 24 hours. The different coloured provinces are for ease of use.
For example:
'Caesar moves his legions from Cisalpia IV to Italia VI. 6 hours'
A fleet can move between a 'sea zone' every 8 hours.
For example:
'Agrippa moves his fleet from the Carthaginian coast to the coast of Egypt. 24 hours.'
It takes 4 hours to embark an army onto a ship.
All movements will be posted in the relevant discord channel.
