Grassfield Keep, House Meadows

The ancestral seat of House Meadows sits astride the Grassfield Mound from which it derives it's name.  Overlooking the bustling town of Grassy Vale, the generational growth of both settlements has seen the home of House Meadows and their urban subjects growing closer to one another.  This has often aided the nobles in their efforts to manage the estates from which they draw tithe and levy, but in return has seen the local populace ever eager to raise vocal opposition to any act they consider a transgression upon their feudal rights.  As such, Grassfield Keep fluctuates from beacon of power over the common folk, to gilded prison surrounded by armed rebels.
