This Terms of Service will be required, by all who join, to read and swear an oath to uphold the laws of this forum.
If a post is not made, declaring that the terms have been read and understood, members will be messaged and requested that they do so before any other activity is made.
These terms are made in order to ensure fairness, cooperation, and a friendly atmosphere for the entire community.
Oath of Service
I swear to be fair and kind in both OOC and IC activities.
I swear to be cooperative with my fellow comrades and with those who moderate the forum.
I swear to be friendly to both new and old members in order to help foster a good community for all.
I swear to adhere to the Proboard's Terms of Service
I swear not to purposefully provoke or antagonize people due to any opinion or view.
I swear to uphold the terms of service listed on our discord.
I swear that any issues I have will be taken directly to any Administrator in order to discuss with them or have them handle whatever my issue is.
I understand that to fail my oath will ensure swift punishment.
This will result in moderation deleting posts and temporarily shutting down threads or permanently closing them.
Offenses deemed serious by Moderation will result in:
Overall, I am aware that the Administration team is here to be of help, to be of service, and to resolve disputes.
They have final say on disputes and issues and their judgment will be respected.

- First offense will result in a 12 hour probation from posting, both on the forum and discord.
- Second offense will result in a 24 hour probation from posting on the forum and a temporary ban on the discord.
- Third offense will result in immediate termination and banning from both the website and the discord server.
