With news of Aegon's advance coming in, Harrold begins getting the troops ready to march. Drums are played and horns sound as the men of the Vale are arrayed and prepared to march. The squires feed the horses of the knights and while the sworn swords of the Vale get suited up in their battle armor. Banners are raised and formations put together. Harrold rides ahead of the army with a detachment of knights and other vassals of his, surveying the army as it begins its crossing of the Trident at Widow's Ford.
'Finally,' thought the Lord of the Vale. 'Finally, I can prove myself!'
================================
The army begins its march south, aiming to the be East of Whitewalls and the God's Eye.
