The Censor oversees building projects:
- 10,000 will be utilized for a statue featuring the famous Roman hero and general, Quintus Fabius Maximus Verrucosus, who fought against Hannibal during the Second Punic War. This shall be built outside a new temple dedicated to Mars in the Forum (see below).
- 10,000 for a new temple to Mars in the Roman forum to honor the soldiers and their commanders who have fought before and presently for the Republic as well as those to defend the nation in the future to come.
- 10,000 will be used to improve and expand upon the water systems for the Roman public.
- 10,000 will be used to refurbish and embellish the temple of Hercules Victor.
- 10,000 for the reconstruction of the temple of Apollo Medicus in the Campus Martius, now to be known as temple of Apollo Crassianus.
Every of the new public work shall have a dedication, deeply engraved, reminding everyone it was made, completed and commissioned under the censorship of Lucius Licinius Crassus Capitolinus. The censor himself contributes with his own purse to all projects where and when needed.
